This is a full-time position with salary range between $80,000 and $90,000, negotiable for the right candidate.

The Role:
This is a hands-on position for a chef who can:
Deliver consistent, high-quality food during busy service
Manage ordering, stock control, and food costs
Maintain strong systems, cleanliness, and standards
Contribute to menu development and seasonal updates
You will be working with a menu that includes elevated pub favourites,



premium proteins, seafood, and modern classics - with the opportunity to refine and evolve the offering.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
A proven sous chef ready to step up
Minimum 3 years' experience in kitchen management
Experienced in high-volume pub or bistro environments
Calm under pressure and leads from the front
Passionate about quality, consistency, and team culture
