What You'll Be Doing
Construction scheduling— Allocate trades, book suppliers, and manage build timelines
Workflow coordination— Keep supervisors, trades, and clients updated
Timeline management— Spot delays early and adjust schedules proactively
System updates— Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
Stakeholder communication— Build strong relationships with trades and internal teams
What You'll Bring




Experience in residential construction scheduling or coordination
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
Ability to manage multiple custom builds at once
Solid understanding of build stages and trade sequencing
Confidence using construction software and admin systems
