Key Responsibilities:
As a Pharmacy Assistant, your role will be pivotal in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
You will:
Greet and assist customerswith a friendly and helpful attitude, ensuring they find what they need.
Provide product knowledgeand expert advice to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Handle salesat the registers, including Pulse Rewards queries and processing transactions efficiently.
Maintain store presentationto the highest standards, ensuring the store is tidy,



stocked, and visually appealing.
Ensure smooth customer flowat the registers by acknowledging waiting customers and calling for assistance when needed.
Promote and maintainour customer loyalty program to enhance customer retention.
Resolve customer concernsprofessionally, referring to the manager as necessary.

Passionate about health and beauty (a bonus but not essential!).
Roster:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 4.00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Total:38 hours per week
