The Role
You will be an experiencedSenior Accountant or Business Advisory Client Managerwith strong technical capability, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
This role combinestax compliance,



advisory work and client management.
You will work closely with the Senior Associate while also acting as a key point of contact for both clients and junior team members.
You will enjoy the technical aspects of tax and compliance work while also supportinghigher-level advisory conversationswith clients around tax planning, structuring and business decisions.
The role isfull time, with flexibility around working hours in a fully remote environment.
What the role looks like
Reviewing tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies and trusts, including outputs generated by our internal automation and AI systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance before client delivery
Supporting ongoing tax compliance and advisory work across our client portfolio within a firm that completes year-end reporting significantly earlier than most practices through automation and strong systems.
Our FY25 compliance cycle was completed by November ****
Working with complex tax matters including Div 7A, CGT, FBT and GST in collaboration with our internal tax specialists
Preparing cashflow forecasts and financial insights for clients




Supporting tax planning and advisory discussions with clients
Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies where required
Building strong relationships with clients and supporting them throughout their business journey
Supporting and coordinating junior team members where required
Is this role for you?
It might be if you:
Have5+ years experiencein a similar public practice role
Have strong experience intax compliance and client management
Are fluent inwritten and spoken English
Have excellentorganisation and process management skills
Are comfortable working in aremote / work-from-home environment
Enjoy working directly withclients and building relationships
Love technology and are comfortable working in amodern cloud systems
Have experience withXero(the majority of our clients operate on Xero)
Are curious and interested in working in a firm that isembracing automation and AI
