Luxury Showroom Consultant - High End Furniture n
A renowned luxury furniture, lighting, and design brand with a deep-rooted reputation for design excellence is seeking a client-led Sales & Showroom Consultant to join their Melbourne flagship team.
n
This role would suit a motivated, confident design professional who is experienced in delivering outstanding client experiences and driving commercial sales results. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for cultivating relationships across retail clients, trade specifiers, and the broader architecture and design community.

Key Responsibilities
n
Work as part of the showroom team across all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring an elevated, luxury client experience across every touchpoint
n
Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range, services, and project delivery processes to provide expert design guidance
n
Develop and grow strong relationships across the architecture and design community, trade specifiers, and end-users
n
Proactively manage a sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed defined sales targets and commercial KPIs
n
Conduct client consultations, product presentations, and site visits, ensuring seamless project delivery from initial enquiry to after-sales service
n
Accurately maintain client data, lead tracking, and pipeline opportunities within the CRM
n
Work closely with internal design, logistics,



and operations teams to ensure clients are kept up-to-date with project milestones and changes
n
Represent the company at industry events, product launches, and networking functions to stay connected with market trends and expand brand presence
n
Skills and Experience
n
Recent sales experience within the architecture and design industry, high-end furniture, or premium showroom environment (highly regarded)
n
Proven track record in sales performance with a demonstrated ability to build lasting, consultative client relationships
n
Understanding of exceptional customer service, knowing how to elevate interactions to suit a luxury client base
n
Impeccable personal presentation and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
n
Strong organisational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with CAD systems (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) or InDesign is highly advantageous but not essential
n
