Job Description
Juniper Korumup in Albany is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and lead the delivery of client-focused care on a permanent part time basis.
Located in a peaceful part of Albany, Juniper Korumup is a well-established aged care home providing care for up to 72 residents in a homely, supportive environment where staff are valued.
You will lead small clinical teams, conduct assessments, develop and evaluate care plans with residents and families, and collaborate with other healthcare
