Rustica Sourdough Bakery Cafe – Footscray VIC
An excellent chance exists for 2 Bakers to join our manufactory in Footscray with all new, state of the art automated equipment.
Key responsibilities
Excellent hand moulding
Produce consistent doughs from scratch
Work unsupervised
Perform baking duties with high standard of work ethic
Maintain eye for detail and exceptional quality
Multi-task and perform under pressure
About you
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Excellent time management and sole baking skills
Reliable and punctual
Must be available to work across a 7 day week - morning and afternoon shifts
