Job Description
Mineral Resources is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisor for Bald Hill operations.
This role entails shaping the workshop, leading a technicians team, and driving safe, efficient resource use on a 2:1 roster (7 days on, 7 off, based near Perth).
You will manage maintenance plans, mentor staff, and champion a strong safety culture across the site.
The role emphasizes leadership in a high-performance mining workplace with focus on continuous improvement and adherence to safety
