Gold Coast Disability and Youth in Bilambil NSW is seeking a Complex Disability Support Worker to provide specialised care for youth NDIS participants with complex needs.
You will work with Case Managers to implement PBSPs, support emotional regulation and facilitate community engagement in northern NSW locations.
The role requires trauma-informed co-regulation, de-escalation, and protected decision-making in high-stress settings, along with accurate shift notes and incident reporting for the care
