Job Description
St Vincent's Care Toowoomba seeks a Personal Care Assistant (Living Support Partner) to join a dedicated team delivering compassionate, person-centred care to residents.
You will support daily living activities, maintain records with AutumnCare, and uphold the Heartprint values that guide our Catholic not-for-profit aged care mission.
The role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, 6+ months in residential aged care, excellent customer service and communication, and a valid
