What you'll be doing:
Support the Store Manager in all areas of day-to-day store operations




Lead from the front to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Motivate and develop your team to meet and exceed sales targets
Ensure visual merchandising and stock levels are maintained to brand standards
Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for both customers and team members
