Gladstone Community Linking Agency (GCLA) seeks a Compliance Officer – Aged Care & Disability Services for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Gladstone, QLD.
Lead compliance workstreams, develop policies, and coordinate evidence to meet Aged Care and NDIS standards.
The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and focuses on strengthening policy frameworks, action plans and audit readiness across aged care and disability services within a trusted community organisation.
