PERMANENT PART-TIME MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST NORTHCOTE LOCATION 4 DAYS PER WEEK
A position has become available less than 10km north of Melbourne CBD in a well-established modern General Practice.

The position is a part-time role working on 4 days per week.

Hours/Days:
Monday 7.30 am to 3.30 pm
Tuesday 7.30 am to 3.30 pm
Wednesday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Thursday RDO - relief as required
Friday 7.30 am to 3.30 pm
Saturday Occasional relief as required 9.30 am to 1.30 pm

As the first point of contact for patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience,

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Meeting and greeting patients on arrival to the clinic
Data input into the system - registering patients
Accepting and receipting payments
Answering telephones
Use of Best Practice Medical Software
Previous experience within a private general practice and knowledge of Best Practice is highly desirable.
The ability to work within a team environment in a fast-paced practice whilst maintaining outstanding customer service skills will guarantee you this role.
