This is a cracking next step for a (Senior) Research Executive who wants to grow into a genuine insights consultant.
My client is a highly respected global research and advisory firm with a reputation forrigorous, commercially sharp quantitative work.
They're growing their client service and insights team and want someone who loves the numbers but also wants toshape the story they tell.
The Role
You'll work on large-scale tracking and custom quant programs, taking data from raw survey output through toinsight-led recommendations clients actually act on.
You'll be close to the client, close to the data, and trusted with more than just the charts.
Owning the analysison quant projects, from data checks and tables through to the "so what"
Digging into survey datato find the patterns, outliers and shifts that actually matter
Working acrosstracking, segmentation and custom quant analysis
Turning numbers into a explicit, commercially relevant storyclients can act on
Buildinginsight-led presentationsand stepping up in client meetings
Collaborating with teams across Sydney, Melbourne and international offices
Getting hands-on withthe latest research and data tools, including AI
What You'll Bring




1-2+ years inquantitative market research, insights or analytics, agency or client-side
Confidence analysing survey data inQ or SPSS
A love ofdata visualisation and telling stories with numbers
Sharp attention to detail and genuine pride in quality
Financial services exposure is a bonus, not a must
