Job Description
Frontline Support Services in Cairns, QLD is seeking a dedicated Case Manager on a subcontracting ABN basis.
You will coordinate and deliver support services to vulnerable children, young people and families, working with a multidisciplinary team to develop tailored care plans and advocate for access to resources.
The role requires a relevant tertiary qualification and minimum 2 years of case management experience, solid communication skills, and knowledge of child protection legislation.
