An exciting opportunity exists for a creative, commercially focusedMarketing Managerto join a growing Australian business operating within the medical aesthetics and advanced medical technology sector.
This is a hands-on marketing position for someone who loves taking ownership.
You will work closely with the business owner and sales team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support the continued growth of the business.
The company represents sophisticated technology and equipment used by doctors, medical professionals and aesthetic clinics.
As such, the marketing needs to be polished, credible and engaging while ultimately delivering commercial results.
The Role
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day marketing activities of the business, including:
Developing and implementing the marketing strategy
Creating engaging digital and social media campaigns
Generating qualified leads for the sales team
Managing website content and digital presence
Developing email marketing and customer communication campaigns
Creating compelling written and visual content
Promoting new products, technologies and treatment solutions
Supporting product launches and demonstrations
Developing marketing collateral and sales support material
Managing social media channels and increasing audience engagement
Coordinating industry events, conferences and exhibitions
Working closely with the sales team to convert marketing activity into commercial opportunities
Monitoring campaign performance, leads and return on marketing investment
Identifying new ways to reach doctors, clinics and medical professionals

We are particularly interested in someone who understands how AI can be used to improve content creation, marketing efficiency, customer engagement, lead generation and campaign development.
You don't need to be a technology expert, but you should be curious, resourceful and excited about using new tools to produce better marketing outcomes.
About You
You may already have experience withinmedical devices, medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, beauty, cosmetics or another premium B2B environment.
Alternatively, you may come from another industry but have the marketing capability and commercial mindset to quickly understand a specialised market.
You will ideally bring:
Proven hands-on marketing experience
Strong digital and social media capability
Excellent written communication skills
Experience developing content and campaigns
An understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition
Robust attention to presentation and brand
Confidence working with senior professionals and business owners
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A commercial mindset - you understand that successful marketing ultimately needs to generate business
An interest in medical aesthetics, technology and innovation
You will be someone who canthink strategically but is equally happy to roll up your sleeves and execute the work yourself.
