We are now seeking aTechnical Support EngineerinAustralia.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive excellent support for our renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or on-site when necessary
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to our inverters and energy storage products
Assist the sales team in providing product technical training to customers.
Conduct customer visits to understand their needs and provide on-site technical consultation.
Provide on-site guidance during product installation to ensure correct and secure setup.




Coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
Prepare and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and technical guides.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Report recurring technical issues and user feedback to product and R&D; teams
Requirements:
Candidate preferred due to travel and fieldwork needs
Professional English (essential)
At least 1 year of experience in technical support, electrical engineering, or a related field
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Australia
Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-oriented mindset
