Western Sydney University is seeking a subject matter expert for remuneration, reward and perks.
You will develop and continuously improve remuneration frameworks, salary structures, benefits programs and performance-based reward initiatives that support workforce strategy and organisational objectives.
You will lead organisation-wide remuneration cycles, including review methodologies, governance frameworks, communication planning, system configuration, testing and implementation.
