Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Executive Producer to lead our production slate.
n
You will set the creative and operational direction across multiple programs, manage a talented production team, and be the key link between our people, our partners and our suppliers.

What you'll do
n
n
Lead the full production slate across live broadcasts and non-live content
n
Manage and develop the production team, working with Production Managers and the Head of Production on rostering, resourcing and planning
n
Line produce live broadcasts as needed and oversee producers, commentators and on-air talent
n
Build strong relationships with broadcast partners, rights holders and key stakeholders
n
Manage key suppliers, including technical facilities, graphics and data providers
n
Work closely with Broadcast Operations on technical and creative matters
n
Run regular planning and debrief meetings and keep communication flowing between all parties
n
Keep productions on budget, oversee rate card tracking and contract variations, and find smarter, more cost-effective ways of working
n
Spot and pursue new revenue opportunities,



including one-off events and content beyond our core programming
n
Build a high-performing team culture that connects across our offices
n

What you'll bring
n
n
Significant experience as an Executive Producer or Senior Producer in live broadcast
n
Strong people leadership and team-building skills
n
Experience managing budgets, suppliers and commercial agreements
n
A track record of building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
n
A sharp creative eye and the ability to evaluate output objectively
n
Clear, confident communication and the ability to stay calm under pressure
n

You will be joining JAM TV – Australia's largest independent producer of sport and entertainment, delivering content every day of the year to Australia's leading free-to-air networks, subscription broadcasters and international streamers.
