Job Description
Mai-Wel Group in NSW is seeking dedicated Support Workers for our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team.
You will provide high-quality, person-centred support within our homes, helping participants live independently and safely with dignity.
As part of a 24/7 roster across multiple sites, you will follow care plans, promote life skills, build confidence, and work closely with leadership to improve outcomes for people with disability.
