Publicis Sapient is growing its Product Design capability across Australia and we re looking to connect with talented Product Designers at Senior Associate, Manager and Senior Manager levels for upcoming permanent and contract opportunities.
Our teams work across public sector, financial services, consumer, health and other complex industries, helping organisations create products and services that improve experiences for customers and citizens.
You ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across product, strategy, engineering and data to solve meaningful business and customer challenges.
We welcome designers who bring strong design craft, curiosity, empathy and a collaborative mindset, alongside the ability to balance customer needs, business goals and technical considerations.
What You Ll Bring
End-to-end Product Design, UX and UI experience
User research, testing and insight-led design
Interaction design, wireframing and prototyping
Figma, design systems and component-based design
Accessibility and inclusive design practices
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills




Experience working in Agile environments
Experience in consulting, government, enterprise or other complex delivery environments
Career Opportunities Senior Associate
Contribute to design activities across discovery, design and delivery
Create user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centred solutions
Manager
Guide product design workstreams and client engagements
Facilitate workshops and support design decision-making
Coach and support designers while promoting high-quality delivery outcomes
Senior Manager
Shape design strategy and experience vision across complex programs
Lead teams and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Foster design excellence, capability growth and positive business outcomes
