Job Description
Laurent Bakery is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for its Braeside site, reporting to the Engineering Manager.
The role focuses on coordinating daily maintenance, leading a technical team and ensuring safe, reliable production in a food manufacturing setting.
You will plan preventative maintenance, manage breakdown priorities and work with production to minimise downtime while upholding食品安全和工厂安全标准.
