An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced General Insurance Broker to join the dynamic team at ARMA Insurance, located in our Gunnedah, NSW.
As a full-time General Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored insurance solutions to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their unique insurance needs
Sourcing, comparing and recommending the most suitable insurance policies and coverage
Negotiating with insurance providers to secure the best possible terms and rates for clients
Providing expert advice and support to clients throughout the insurance process
Ensuring all client documentation and records are maintained accurately and up-to-date
Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Staying informed of industry trends, regulations and changes to provide clients with the most current information
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a General Insurance Broker or equivalent role in the insurance industry




Strong understanding of general insurance products and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Relevant insurance qualifications or a willingness to obtain them
