Branch Member Consultant
for their Adelaide-based branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building genuine relationships, working towards KPIs and helping people make informed decisions about their insurance and healthcare needs.

You'll join a
small, supportive team
where you'll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers and make a genuine difference to their experience, in Modbury.

Opportunity
n Permanent part-time position, working 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10am - 5pm, in Modbury branch (North East Adelaide)
n
You'll receive comprehensive training to set you up for success:
n
n
1 week of full-time induction training
, with travel and accommodation arranged
n
n Followed by
3 weeks of full time training in the branch
n
n Some flexibility can be considered during the branch training period for the right candidate
n
n Once fully trained, you'll work a rotating Saturday roster, approximately
1-2 Saturdays per month, 10:00am - 2:00pm
, with additional pay for these shifts
n
n

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
n Provide exceptional face-to-face and telephone service to customers
n
n Have needs-based conversations to understand customers' circumstances and recommend appropriate insurance products
n
n Work towards individual and team KPIs while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes
n




n Resolve customer enquiries and problems, going above and beyond to deliver a positive experience
n
n Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and the local community
n
n Maintain accurate customer information in line with organisational policies and procedures
n
n Learn and confidently navigate internal systems and processes
n
n Contribute to a positive and team-oriented team environment
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for someone who combines
strong customer service skills with a genuine sales mindset
.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
n Previous experience in
sales and customer service
, ideally working towards KPIs or targets
n
n Confidence building rapport and holding meaningful conversations with customers
n
n An empathetic and customer-focused approach
n
n Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and respond to individual needs
n
n Confidence learning and navigating new systems
n
n A collaborative, adaptable and positive approach
n
n A genuine interest in building a
long-term career
n
n
Experience in
private health insurance or financial services
would be highly regarded, however candidates from
retail sales or other customer-focused environments
are also encouraged to apply.
