are-able is seeking a Parents Pathway Mentor to support parents with children under six through personalised coaching and goal setting.
This contract role covers parental leave, 3 days per week, from October **** to January ****, helping participants pursue education and employment goals within the program.
You will work with families facing disadvantages, maintain case files, connect clients to services, and promote the program to local employers as part of business development.
