Job Description
CSR Hebel, Somersby NSW, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Superintendent to lead the day shift maintenance team and support the Maintenance Manager in delivering site uptime.
You will manage 23 trades and contractors, driving safety, reliability and continuous improvement with SAP/CMMS focus.
The role requires a mechanical or electrical background, leadership experience in heavy industry, and a proactive approach to maintenance excellence on a busy manufacturing site.
