An exciting prospect has opened for a
Senior SEO Executive
to join a leading global media and digital organisation in Melbourne.n
nThis is a hands-on role combining SEO, generative search optimisation, analytics, reporting, client leadership and people development. You'll manage the day-to-day delivery of SEO services across a portfolio of globally known clients, ensuring high-quality execution while helping junior specialists develop their capability.n
What You'll Be Doing

Lead day-to-day delivery across SEO, generative search, analytics and reporting.
n
Develop and execute Experience strategies aligned with client KPIs.
n
Build trusted client relationships and present insights and recommendations.
n
Manage and mentor junior team members, providing coaching and feedback.
n
Maintain quality, timelines and delivery standards across multiple accounts.
n
Manage client scopes, budgets and contracted hours.
n
Identify optimisation, innovation and account growth opportunities.
n
Collaborate with wider performance, strategy and specialist teams.
n
Improve workflows, templates and delivery processes across the team.
n
What We're Looking For
n




nYou'll bring strong experience across SEO and digital performance, ideally within an agency or multi-client environment. You should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution and confident communicating technical or performance recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.n
nWe're particularly interested in candidates with:n

Strong SEO and technical search knowledge.
n
Exposure to generative/AI search and emerging search trends.
n
Experience managing multiple client accounts and competing priorities.
n
Strong analytics, reporting and performance measurement capability.
n
Previous experience coaching or mentoring junior team members.
n
Commercial awareness around scopes, budgets and account growth.
n
Strong presentation, stakeholder and client communication skills.
