Altitude**** is a fine dining restaurant located in the Southern Gateway Centre, which is 20 mins North from the Wollongong CBD at Bulli Tops. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Part time Assistant Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a keen interest in both Australian seafood and Indian curries.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
n
Prepare and cook dishes according to our menu and standards
n
Ensure the highest quality and presentation of food
n
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
n
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
n
Requirements:
n
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking
n
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
n
The candidate is required to have their own transport as the venue is not accessible via public transport.
n
Food handling certification will be a bonus.
