Project Coordinator
to join our tight knit team to assist with the delivery of building projects across metro and regional sites in WA.
n
This unique opportunity is open to an highly organised, proactive Project Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will demonstrate their ability to play a key role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects.

The Main Responsibilities Would Include:

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and logistics
n
n
Maintain project documentation, compliance, and records
n
n




Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders
n
n
Support risk management and issue resolution
n
n
Assist with procurement and resource management
n
n
About You – Skills and Experience
n
Our ideal candidate is someone who can bring the following to the role:

Experience in project coordination or administration within construction industry highly regarded
n
n
Robust organisational and multitasking skills
n
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
n
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
n

The Minimum Requirements:
