Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to help people live independently, safely and with dignity in Eyre and Far North.

You will provide personal care, meal prep, cleaning, transport and social connection in clients' homes or Residential Aged Care, guided by Consumer Directed Care.

This part time role offers flexible schedule, a 7-day roster, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team.
