The role:
n As Clinical Care Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of clinical care, including developing tailored care plans, leading a dedicated care team, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.



You will deliver hands-on nursing care such as medication management and wound care, while communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Your leadership will ensure high-quality, safe care that aligns with best practices and enhances residents' wellbeing.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
n
Proven aged care nursing experience
n
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
n
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
n
Proficiency with clinical software and Microsoft Office
n
Valid Driver's License (desirable)
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n
