Salary $86,****** - $94,****** per annum (Stream A, Level 3 - 4)

Permanent
n
Full-time position (72.5 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday)
n
Location - Preferred location is Moranbah, however open to other locations within the Isaac Region for the right candidate.

RDO's in accordance with IRC's Certified Agreement (only eligible for full-time employees)
n
5 weeks annual leave pro-rata @ 17.5% loading
n
15 days' personal leave pro rata per annum
n
Up to 14.5% super in accordance with IRC's Certified Agreement
n
About You We are seeking an enthusiastic person who possesses: n
n
Strong administration skills.
n
Experience with end to end recruitment processes and procedures.
n
Excellent interpersonal skills in the areas of creative problem-solving, conflict resolution and decision-making processes.
n
Strong communication abilities, able to collaborate and be a team player.
n
Ability to handle matters with both confidentiality and sensitivity.
