Unlike many sales roles, you'll work exclusively with prospective students who have already expressed an interest in studying with us.

No cold calling. Every conversation is with someone actively exploring ways to improve their career, gain current skills or achieve their professional goals.

This is a consultative sales role where success comes from building trust, asking great questions, understanding people's aspirations and helping them make informed decisions about their future.

What You'll Be Doing n

Engage with warm, marketing-generated enquiries.
n
Build rapport and understand each prospective student's career goals and learning needs.
n
Recommend suitable qualifications and explain available course pathways.
n
Guide prospective students through the enrolment journey.
n
Manage your sales pipeline and activities through Salesforce CRM.
n
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
n
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
n

consistent follow-up and relationship-building skills are critical to success.
About You n
You might be an experienced salesperson looking for a more meaningful product to sell, or someone with experience in recruitment, education, customer service or hospitality who is ready to build a rewarding career in sales.

Hybrid Working Model n
During your onboarding and training period (approximately 3 months), you'll be required to work onsite in Mitcham up to 3 days per week.
