About the role n
This part-time role involves engaging prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable telecom products and services. You'll help manage the sales process from first contact through to follow-up, while representing Reach Telecom professionally.
What you'll do n

Identify and follow up on sales opportunities

Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
n
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
n
Prepare quotes, proposals and sales information
n
Keep customer and sales records up to date
n
Work with the team to meet sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience
n

Sales or customer service experience; telecommunications experience is an advantage
