Job Description
The Sarina Russo Group is seeking an experienced Facilitator to deliver Employability Skills Training (EST) programs to participants in Bundaberg or Hervey Bay. This role involves mentoring learners in a face-to-face setting and via virtual platforms, helping participants develop job-ready capabilities and digital literacy.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Workforce Australia or Employment Services, solid communication, and the ability to build relationships with employers.
