An exciting prospect is available for an experienced Administration Officer to join a large, essential services organisation supporting operations across Perth.n
n This role will suit a proactive administrator who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating multiple priorities and providing support to operational leaders.n
n
nWorking closely with the Operations Manager and Team Leads, you will play a key role in coordinating administrative functions, supporting business deliverables and ensuring compliance across a busy service delivery team. This role is for an immediate start.n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
n
Coordinate day-to-day administration, event scheduling, diary management and tracking of business deliverables.
n
Provide support to the Operations Manager and Team Leads to ensure business objectives and deadlines are met.
n
Coordinate administrative activities across the region, including allocating work and sharing knowledge and procedures.
n
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders,



committees and business units to ensure timely information flow.
n
Coordinate training requirements and support safety initiatives, including incident management meetings, agendas and minutes.
n
Monitor compliance activities and ensure policies, procedures and relevant legislative requirements are maintained.
n
Assist with ministerial correspondence, priority requests, briefing notes and other time-critical operational documentation.
n
About You
n

Previous experience in administration or business support.
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
n
Confidence liaising with stakeholders and working collaboratively within a team.
