The Opportunity n
Join the commercial team delivering a major solar development in Central Queensland. This site-based position is suitable for local applicants or those flying from Brisbane on a 14-days-on, seven-days-off roster. You will support project leadership, engineers and supervisors with day-to-day subcontract administration.
Your Responsibilities n
n
Manage subcontract packages from award to final account.
n
Assess progress claims and variations and prepare payment recommendations.
n
Control contractual correspondence and package compliance.
n
Support cost forecasting and commercial performance reports.
n
Resolve commercial interfaces with subcontractors and construction teams.
n
RequirementsSkills,
Education And Requirements n
n
A degree in Business, Engineering, Construction,



Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
n
At least five years administering contracts on major civil, construction, mining, energy or renewable projects.
n
Practical experience administering subcontract packages during construction.
n
Strong understanding of progress payments, variations and subcontract commercial controls.
n
Explicit communication and effective site-team relationships.
n
