The opportunity
n
Working closely with experienced senior bankers, you will contribute across the full deal lifecycle, take increasing ownership of transaction deliverables and develop your execution and client relationship skills.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Building and reviewing financial models, valuations and transaction analysis.
n
Supporting buyer and seller due diligence.
n
Preparing information memoranda, presentations and board materials.
n




Supporting transaction execution across public and private M&A.;
n
Participating in client meetings and coordinating with advisers and other transaction stakeholders.
n
n
About you
n
n
A minimum of
two years' M&A; experience
within an investment bank, independent advisory firm or Big Four M&A; / Corporate Finance team.
n
Strong academic results, with a
Distinction average or above
.
n
Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
n
Experience contributing to live M&A; transactions, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and produce accurate, high-quality work.
n
A proactive, commercially minded approach and a commitment to building a long-term career in investment banking.
n
n
