We are looking for a creative, highly organised and social-media-savvy person to join our model and talent agency and help manage our growing portfolio of models, influencers and UGC creators.

Passionate about social media and entertainment, with a strong eye for trends and what makes great content. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SOCIAL MEDIA & TALENT COORDINATOR n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES n

Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok and other social-media platforms
n
Create and schedule engaging Reels, TikToks and short-form content
n
Identify current and emerging social-media trends, sounds and content formats
n
Develop creative content ideas for models, influencers and UGC creators
n
Assist with filming, photoshoots and content production
n




Edit short-form video using CapCut or similar platforms
n
Write captions, scripts, hooks and social-media copy
n
Scout and identify recent models, influencers and UGC creators
n
Communicate and build strong relationships with talent
n
Maintain and update the agency's talent database
n
Match talent with suitable brand campaigns
n
Assist with influencer and UGC campaign coordination
n
Communicate with brands, agencies and clients
n
Send briefs and manage campaign deliverables and deadlines
n
Assist with rates, negotiations, contracts and usage requirements
n
Monitor campaign performance and social-media analytics
n
Prepare basic campaign and social-media reports
n
Help develop the agency's online presence and brand
n
Stay up to date with social-media trends, creators and industry developments
n
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR n
A degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field is preferred.
n
Two years of experience in a talent agent or social media management role.

Highly organised and reliable

Very familiar with Instagram and TikTok
n
Able to identify trends and understand what makes content perform
n
Comfortable working with models, influencers and creators

Professional when communicating with brands and clients

Able to manage multiple projects at the same time

Proactive and able to work independently
n
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
