An established and growing Chartered Accounting firm in Sydney is looking to appoint a
Senior Manager
to support continued growth and increasing client demand.
The Opportunity: n
You'll work closely with a Director, taking ownership of a quality client portfolio while providing leadership and mentoring across the team.
Key responsibilities include: n
n
Managing a diverse portfolio of business services and tax clients
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
Reviewing compliance and advisory work
n
Supporting, mentoring and developing junior team members
n
Assisting with workflow management and team performance
n
Working alongside Directors on business development and practice growth initiatives
n
About You: n
n
Currently working in Business Services & Tax within public practice
n
Experienced Manager or Senior Manager looking for the next step
n
Strong technical and client relationship management skills
n
Proven ability to lead and develop staff
n
Experience within a mid-tier or larger accounting firm will be highly regarded
n
