Ag & Earth Auto Electrical is a small, family-owned business specialising in the agricultural, earthmoving and heavy diesel industries. We provide a fully mobile field service, carrying out diagnostics, repairs and maintenance across a wide range of machinery, vehicles and equipment.

Our services also include automotive air conditioning, diesel tuning, and high-quality accessory and thermal fit-outs for 4x4s and side-by-sides.
n
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for either a
qualified Auto Electrician or a motivated 3rd or 4th year apprentice
to join our team.
About the Role n
This position offers a varied mix of field service and workshop-based work, providing the opportunity to work on a diverse range of equipment and develop your skills across multiple industries.
n
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n
n
Diagnosing electrical faults and carrying out repairs on agricultural machinery, earthmoving equipment, heavy diesel vehicles and 4x4s.
n
Performing electrical maintenance, installations and fault-finding.
n
Servicing and repairing automotive air conditioning systems.
n
Installing accessories, dual battery systems and thermal equipment.
n
Assisting with diesel tuning and vehicle modifications.
n




Attending field service jobs and occasional breakdowns.
n
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship, safety and customer service.
n
About You n

The ideal candidate will have: n

A qualification in Automotive Electrical Technology or be a motivated 3rd or 4th year apprentice.
n
A strong work ethic and attention to detail.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
A practical, problem-solving mindset.
n
A willingness to work away from home on occasion.
n
A genuine interest in agricultural machinery, heavy diesel equipment and 4x4s.
n
n
An Automotive Air Conditioning (A/C) ticket is desirable but not essential.
