Organised Under Pressure:
Experience managing reservation systems (SevenRooms beneficial) and pacing table turns seamlessly during busy peak services.

Communication Skills:
Clear, confident communication to manage walk-ins, guest inquiries, seating flows with ease.

Team Player Midset:
A proactive attitude to support floor staff and management in keeping service running effortlessly.

Availability:
Full-time flexibility across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
