Job Description
Syra Restaurant in Salamanca, Hobart, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team on a part time basis. You will be second in command in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and ensuring every dish meets our high standards of preparation, presentation and consistency.

The role requires at least 4 years in professional kitchens, including 2 years in a sous chef or senior kitchen role, with strong knowledge of contemporary techniques and food safety.
