About the Role n
As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for managing your own listings and clients while developing new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Listing and selling residential properties
n
n
Prospecting and generating new business
n
n
Conducting buyer appointments and open homes
n
n
Managing vendor relationships from listing through to settlement
n
n
Following up buyers and maintaining your database
n
n
Negotiating offers and achieving the best possible results for vendors
n
n
Preparing and conducting auctions where required
n
n




Developing strong relationships within the local community
n
n
Maintaining a high level of communication and customer service
n
About You n
We are looking for someone who:

Has
proven experience in residential real estate sales
n
n
Has a strong understanding of the local property market
n
n
Is confident with prospecting and generating new business
n
n
Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
n
Is motivated, driven and results focused
n
n
Is well presented and professional
n
n
Has excellent time management and organisational skills
n
n
Can work independently while being part of a team
n
n
Holds a current
Estate Agent Representative Cert
n
n
Has a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
