n WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for chefs who are:n
n
n
Confident and capable in a
commercial kitchen workplace
n
Experienced in
bulk cooking or high-volume food production
n




Comfortable working independently or as part of a larger kitchen team
n
Familiar with
HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards
n
Experienced in FIFO?

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU'LL NEED:
✔️ Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)n
n✔️ National Police Check within the last 6 months (or willing to obtain)n
n✔️ Food Safety Supervisor Certificaten
n✔️ Full Australian working rightsn
