As our business continues to grow, we're looking for three Business Development Managers - one based in Sydney and two in Brisbane - to help us expand our customer base and drive the next stage of our growth.

This is a genuine new business role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and working with customers to solve meaningful business challenges.

The Opportunity n
You'll be responsible for developing new customer relationships and creating opportunities across our portfolio of consulting and managed services.
n
This isn't a transactional sales role.
n
You'll work with senior business and technology leaders to understand their challenges, shape opportunities and bring together the right specialists from across Idea 11 to deliver exceptional outcomes.
n
Supported by experienced Solution Architects, Consultants and Practice Leaders, you'll focus on what you do best - building trusted relationships and winning new business.
What You'll Be Selling n




Rather than selling products, you'll help customers solve business challenges.

Working with our consulting teams, you'll develop solutions that help organisations:

Accelerate cloud adoption and modernise their technology platforms.

Improve business performance through Data & AI.
n
Protect their organisations with modern cyber security solutions.
n
Enable secure, productive and connected workplaces.
n
Reduce operational complexity through managed services.
n
Increase agility, resilience and innovation.

Deliver technology initiatives that create measurable business value.

What You'll Do n
n
Identify and win new customers.
n
Build relationships with executive and technology decision-makers.
n
Generate and manage your own sales pipeline.
n
Lead customer engagements from discovery through to proposal and close.
n
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Consulting teams to develop customer solutions.
n
Develop opportunities with our strategic partners including AWS, Microsoft, Databricks and Palo Alto Networks.
n
Contribute to the continued growth of Idea 11 and our reputation in the market.
n
About You n

Experience in business development or technology sales.

Experience selling cloud, cyber security, managed services, data or consulting services is advantageous, but we're equally interested in people who are motivated, customer-focused and eager to build a successful career.
