Senior PEMS Engineer
to join our growing vehicle emissions and regulatory testing team.

What We're Looking For n
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience or knowledge in:
n
n
Portable Emissions Measurement Systems (PEMS)
n
Real Driving Emissions (RDE) and In-Service Conformity (ISC) testing
n
Non-Road Mobile Machinery (NRMM) emissions testing and compliance
n
Experience in Pure Electric Vehicle (BEV) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) testing and validation
n
Knowledge of EV and PHEV energy consumption, electric range, charging performance and real-world efficiency testing
n
Experience with regulatory and consumer testing programs for battery electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles
n
Understanding of emerging international standards and test procedures relating to on-road and off-road emissions testing
n
Operation, calibration and maintenance of portable emissions measurement equipment
n
Data analysis, emissions reporting and technical interpretation
n




Technical project management and client liaison
n
About the Role n
The role involves leading complex emissions testing programs for on-road vehicles, non-road mobile machinery, engines and emerging powertrain technologies. The successful applicant will provide technical leadership across test planning, execution, data analysis and regulatory compliance activities.
n
Degree qualified in Mechanical, Automotive or related Engineering discipline.
n
Significant experience in PEMS-based emissions testing.
n
Strong understanding of RDE, ISC and regulatory compliance programs.
n
Experience with emissions measurement equipment and data analysis software.
n
Excellent technical writing and client communication skills.
