Our team acts in parenting matters, property settlements, divorce, Binding Financial Agreements, contract disputes, debt recovery, conveyancing and leasing matters, and estate planning.
Job Description About The Role n
You will work closely with our principal solicitor and assist with:
n
n
legal research, drafting correspondence, court documents and agreements
n
file management and client communications
n
attending court/tribunal lists and assisting on hearing preparation
n
assisting across our practice areas (family law, commercial litigation, property law, wills & estates)
n
Requirement We Invite Applications From Graduates Who n
n
Are completing or have completed a law degree




n
Are eligible for admission to practice in NSW, or will be eligible on completion of PLT/training
n
Demonstrate strong legal research, writing and organisational skills
n
Can work independently when required, yet collaborate effectively with the team
n
Maintain high professional standards and a client-focused approach
n
