Key Responsibilities: n
As a Pharmacy Assistant, your role will be pivotal in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will:

Greet and assist customers
with a friendly and helpful attitude, ensuring they find what they need.
n
Provide product knowledge
and expert advice to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
n
Handle sales
at the registers, including Pulse Rewards queries and processing transactions efficiently.
n
Maintain store presentation
to the highest standards, ensuring the store is tidy, stocked,



and visually appealing.
n
Ensure smooth customer flow
at the registers by acknowledging waiting customers and calling for assistance when needed.
n
Promote and maintain
our customer loyalty program to enhance customer retention.
n
Resolve customer concerns
professionally, referring to the manager as necessary.
n

Monday: 8:00 AM – 4.00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
n
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
n
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
n
