HR Specialist - Classification & Job Evaluation (Level 6)
n
nWe are seeking an experienced HR professional with demonstrated expertise in position classification and work value assessment, ideally within the WA public sector or a comparable government environment.n
nKey responsibilities include:n
n
n
Reviewing and assessing Job Description Forms (JDFs)
n
Conducting job classification and work value assessments
n
Providing clear, evidence-based classification advice
n
Preparing supporting documentation and recommendations
n
Contributing to organisational workforce and position management initiatives
n
Experience applying the BIPERS job evaluation methodology will be highly regarded.n
HR Specialist - Senior Executive Service Support (Level 6)
n
nThis role will support senior executive employment and classification activities within a government setting.n
nKey responsibilities include:n
n
n
Undertaking Senior Executive Service (SES) classification assessments
n
Preparing classification and appointment business cases
n
Coordinating submissions to relevant government authorities
n




Supporting SES recruitment and appointment processes
n
Providing advice on executive employment arrangements and frameworks
n
Applicants with previous experience supporting SES or equivalent executive employment arrangements are encouraged to apply.n
n Talent Advisors (2 Positions Available) - Level 4
n
nWe are seeking proactive recruitment professionals to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities.n
nWorking closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing and securing high-quality talent across a diverse range of positions.n
nResponsibilities may include:n

Managing recruitment and selection processes
n
Providing advice on recruitment policies and procedures
n
Drafting and advertising vacancies
n
Coordinating assessments, interviews and appointment processes
n
Building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Supporting workforce planning and talent attraction initiatives

About You

nTo be successful, you will demonstrate:n

Relevant HR, recruitment, workforce or organisational development experience

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Sound analytical, report writing and problem-solving capabilities

Experience within the WA public sector or government environment will be highly regarded
